Lania is one of Cyprus' most picturesque villages with small narrow streets paved in stone.  It is popular with artists and foreign residents who are all warmly welcomed by the locals.
The centre of the village is only a five minute walk away from the site.
The views are predominantly towards the spectacular vista of the Troodos massif.  It is an area thought by many to be ideal as it escapes the hot summer temperatures whilst remaining warm and sunny.
Each house is set in its own land with sufficient space between to afford privacy.  The development comprises of 8 two bedroomed houses and 10 three bedroomed houses each with access to one of the two communal swimming pools.  The properties have been designed to blend in with the village by incorporating both modern touches and traditional elements.

Almond Meadows is a housing development consisting of 2 and 3 bedroomed houses surrounding two communal swimming pools.

The site is set in Lania Village, which is located about 25km North of Limassol on the road to Troodos mountains with an altitude of 575m from sea level.
As its name implies it was once an almond tree meadow. Many of the trees have been kept to give a beautiful splash of springtime colour.
